introduction
there are two inorganic gas mass spectrometers in our lab - mat252 and mat253. with full automatic, high precision and high sensitivity, they can be used to determine the isotope ratios of h/d, 13c/12c, 15n/14n, 18o/16o, 34s/33s/32s in gas samples. connected with german kiel carbonate automatic sampling device, it is useful to measure trace samples with a high content of carbonate, such as foraminifera, ostracod, calcareous nannofossils, snails, shells and coral samples. the delivery inspection precision of 46 samples in my laboratory:δ13c:0.03‰，δ18o:0.06‰
