introduction
there is one x-ray fluorescence(xrf) core scanner in our lab. at present, the xrf core scanner can measure the elements as al(13) ~ u(92), the highest resolution is 1mm, and the maximum measured core length can be 2m.. the core of 1.5m long with 10mm resolution can be tested in 6 hours. the development of x-ray fluorescence(xrf) core scanner drawbacks of the traditional xrf analysis, which not only has opened the way to in-situ and on-line measurement of geological materials, but also allows rapid collection of high-resolution continuous records of elemental distributions.
type:used in land
origin: made in the netherlands avaatech
beginning time:2006
function:it is mainly used to estimate the relative content of chemical elements by scanning core section.
resolution:1mm-10mm
