prof. henry j.b. dick
(woods hole oceanographic institution)
henry j.b. dick教授是国际海洋地质研究领域的著名专家。长期致力于研究大洋岩石圈的形成与演化。以首席科学家的身份主持了15个大洋科学考察航次。slomo计划的领导者。是gsa fellow（1996）和agu fellow（1999），美国科学促进会（aaas）fellow（2016）。2011年获得agu的harry h. hess奖。发表sci论文150余篇，包括十多篇发表在nature和science，其中多篇都是大洋岩石圈研究领域的经典论文。是isi的高引学者。
