稳定同位素比值质谱分析室
简介
实验室主要功能是测定气体样品中等同位素比值。
主要仪器
本分析室目前拥有两台无机气体质谱仪——mat252和mat253。mat252、253是全自动、高精度、高灵敏度的稳定同位素质谱仪，可以用来测定气体样品中h/d、13c/12c、15n/14n、18o/16o、34s/33s/32s等同位素比值。其辅助设备为德国制造的kiel型碳酸盐自动进样装置，可测定具有高含量碳酸盐微量样品，比如有孔虫、介形虫、钙质超微化石、蜗牛类、贝壳以及珊瑚等碳酸岩样品。我实验室46个样品的出厂检验精度：δ13c为0.03‰，δ18o为0.06‰。

introduction
there are two inorganic gas mass spectrometers in our lab - mat252 and mat253. with full automatic, high precision and high sensitivity, they can be used to determine the isotope ratios of h/d, 13c/12c, 15n/14n, 18o/16o, 34s/33s/32s in gas samples. connected with german kiel carbonate automatic sampling device, it is useful to measure trace samples with a high content of carbonate, such as foraminifera, ostracod, calcareous nannofossils, snails, shells and coral samples. the delivery inspection precision of 46 samples in my laboratory:δ13c:0.03‰，δ18o:0.06‰
