x荧光光谱岩芯扫描分析室
简介
实验室主要功能是测量岩芯样品中化学元素的相对含量。
主要仪器
本分析室目前拥有一台x射线荧光光谱分析仪xrf。目前xrf岩芯扫描仪可测化学元素为al(13)～u(92)，最高分辨率为1mm，可直接测量的最大岩芯长度为1.75m，可放置的最大岩芯长度为2m。1.5m长的岩芯选用10mm分辨率测量只需6个小时即可完成全部元素的测试。xrf岩芯扫描分析可以直接扫描岩芯的剖面而获得沉积物的元素相对含量，具有快速、无破坏性、连续测试元素、对样品制备要求非常小等优点。

x-ray fluorescence(xrf) core scanner lab
introduction
there isone x-ray fluorescence(xrf) core scanner in our lab. at present, the xrf core scanner can measure the elements as al(13) ~ u(92), the highest resolution is 1mm, and the maximum measured core length can be 2m.. the core of 1.5m long with 10mm resolution can betested in 6 hours. the development of x-ray fluorescence(xrf) core scanner drawbacks of the traditional xrf analysis, which not only has opened the way to in-situ and on-line measurement of geological materials, but also allows rapid collection of high-resolution continuous records of elemental distributions.
